Rental Age

A minimum of 25 years of age is required for People Carriers. For other groups, the minimum rental age is 21.

Cars and Groups

All our cars are organised in groups, and you are able to select a preference for the model of car you require in that group, however we reserve the right to provide an alternative car from the same group if the model you have selected is not available for your booking period.

Rental Period

Minimum rental period is 1 day.  If returns delayed by more than 3 hours, 1 additional day is charged.  Online bookings made within 3 hours of the pick up time may not be honoured, please telephone in those circumstances to ensure availability.

Our cars are insured against mechanical breakdown caused by faulty usage, engine problems caused by wrong fuel, lost keys, splits on the seats and furnishing, cigarette burns, stolen and broken babyseats, broken or stolen antenna, lost hubcaps, jack, car tools, car papers, little scratchs and GPS navigation systems.

What is included and excluded in the rates

Rates are inclusive of unlimited free kilometres, costs of lubrication, technical maintenance, and Full Insurance with CDW.  Delivery and Collection of the vehicle within the Dalaman locality are included free of charge, additional fees may apply for other locations. If requested, child seats are provided free of charge.
Value Added Tax at the rate of 18% is included in the prices quoted.

Traffic Fines

Traffic fines and the legal responsibilities resulting from traffic violations that occur during the rental period are charged to the renter.

Driving Licence

Minimum 3 years old driving license is required for people carriers .  For other groups, the license should be at least 2 years old.

Payment Conditions

Cash and credit cards are accepted by Manara Car Rental.
NOTE: Turkish and European banks may be using different rates when they are transfering money. Also Turkish banks charge high commision from European banks when small amounts are paid by credit card therefore in Turkey we suggest you pay in cash.

Long term Rentals

Special rates apply for long-term rentals.  The minimum period for a long term rental is 30 days.  For more information regarding the rates and conditions please call the Manara Reservation centre on +90 (0)252 692 56 84

One Way Rentals

If the vehicle is returned to a different location, out of Dalaman a one way fee may be applied.

Accident and Stolen Conditions

In case of an accident or damage, the vehicle must not be moved from the accident site until the police or gendarme have assessed the scene.  For insurance purposes accident, theft and alcohol reports must be obtained from the nearest police or gendarme station.  For the detailed information and assistance please call Manara Car Rental on +90 (0)692 56 84.

Delivery and Pick-up

Delivery and pick-up may be charged, if the rental is out of Dalaman borders.

Additional Drivers

The vehicle can be driven by anyone that fits our normal criteria, however any additional drivers must have been registered in the rental agreement prior to use.  There is no extra cost for additional drivers.

Driving Abroad

Vehicles are not permitted to be taken abroad.

On-Line Bookings

All bookings made on-line will be automaticallly confirmed.
